Agnetha Faltskog - The ABBA ICON

In October of this year Agnetha's 'I'm Still Alive' will be released as the first and only single from the new album 'ABBA Live In Wembley' which will be in the stores on november 4th. 2014.

The single will be available as a cds and digital download mid October

(gotcha... this was our aprilfools' day joke... Good news is that the Live in Wembley album release will include a 15 minute digital download part of the Royal Albert Hall concert from 1977)

And Agnetha is still making international headlines as the face and voice of ABBA!

A quick flashback to the sixth of april 1974.. the day 'Waterloo', ABBA and Agnetha won the Eurovision Songcontest in Brighton, UK. What a day!

But Frida and Bjorn are in London today and gave an interview to the BBC. Benny visited the ABBA choir in Stockholm yesterday. And again Agnetha does not seem to be involved in the celebrations. ABBA seems pale and boring without the ICON...

The 'ABBA Live At Wembley' release date has not been confirmed but could be as early as the fall of this year. The double cd, 4LP and download will include the full Wembley concert from the 1979/1980 worldtour and bonus material in the form of 15 minutes of the concert from the Royal Albert Hall from the 1977 tour.

Like we said before, the 'Gracias Por La Musica' deluxe album will not be releaseed this year and is not to be found in any release scedule.

There is an ABBA sound/visionbook in the making. No details as to what this concept will be.

The album features seven great Agnetha led songs including the unreleased Agnetha song 'I'm Still Alive'.

It is great to see that the final artwork picture has Agnetha as the main focuspoint of the group aswell!
